CityCare is about meeting people where they’re at – listening and understanding their point of view – and walking the journey with them. Our goal is to restore hope and dignity to people from all walks of life, who experience trauma or some form of hardship. For CityCare, seeing the world through different eyes might mean providing crisis help, individualized support, re-skilling, life skills, or help with finding a job:
Community Care • Comprehensive Crisis Support • Emergency Food Parcels • Pharmaceutical Assistance • Public Transport Assistance • Case Management and referrals to professional medical care, accommodation, substance abuse treatment, psychological and counseling support.
Feeding the Hungry • Tuesday Street Kitchen from CityCare @ Alfred Street, providing light meals to people on the street. Connection, friendship and support. 5.00pm to 6.00pm. • Wednesday Midweek Lunch in the Basement @ Alfred St, serving 2 course lunches to 120 people each week, creating community and connection to CityCare programs. 12.00pm. |
 | Tribe of Judah Care Services is a unique ministry, providing a wide range of relief and support to hurting people within Logan City and its surrounds, compelled to reach people that would otherwise be overlooked. Tribe of Judah’s commission is simple, to provide people and families in desperate need with humanitarian aid and support to show the love of Jesus. Currently, Tribe of Judah Care Services gives away between 50 to 80 tonnes of food each week, allowing people to receive free fruit, vegetables and groceries on a daily basis. Tribe of Judah supports local hospices which assist children with life threatening illnesses and reaches out into the streets of Logan City, Brisbane, feeding and ministering to the hungry and homeless. Relief Efforts: • Free Food Monday-Saturday at 8.30am • Street Van ministering weekly every Tuesday in Logan City • Counselling • Work for the Dole Program assisting local hospices with food • Motorcycle Ministry reaching the outlaw biker world
